Phoenix International EXPANDS

ONE-ATMOSPHERE DIVING SUIT SERVICES

Monday, June 28, 2004 -- Morgan City, Louisiana -- Phoenix International, Inc., (Phoenix) announced that it has augmented its inventory of One-Atmosphere Diving Systems (ADS) by taking delivery of two more 1,200 fsw depth rated Hardsuit 1200 diving suits.

The Hardsuit 1200 is configured to support underwater construction, general intervention tasks, visual inspections, and non-destructive tests.  Unique in design and construction, the highly flexible and maneuverable suits are capable of accessing and working in tight spaces.  They are able to attain and remain in any work position from fully upright to a fully prone position including face down, face up, and on its side.  Full 360o joint rotation provides unparalleled dexterity while the manipulators are capable of using a comprehensive range of tools and sensors.  The ADS provides Phoenix with an advanced and highly cost effective deep-diving work capability, and allows the company to service an increased number of oil & gas clients in the Gulf of Mexico.

Phoenix International is the sole provider of Hardsuit operations in the Gulf.  The new systems will be operated and maintained by our Diving Services Division at the company’s 3-acre waterfront site in Morgan City, Louisiana.  Phoenix engineers and the ADS designer, OceanWorks International, will provide technical support.  OceanWorks maintains offices in Houston, TX and Vancouver, BC.
