Phoenix provides fast reaction, turnkey services for the location and recovery of objects from any water depth down to 6000 msw.

Expertise in loss analysis, search planning, logistics, at-sea operations, sonar interpretation, data management, and ROV based recovery techniques have been demonstrated in projects, such as Space Shuttles Challenger and Columbia, KAL Flight 007, TWA Flight 800, INS Dakar, and a host of military accident investigations.

Phoenix underwater search services also include feasibility evaluations; technical consultation on equipment selection and performance; search / recovery technologies and procedures; and client representation.

Phoenix operates and maintains its own in-house search and recovery equipment, as well as assets belonging to the US Navy (Undersea Operations contract).  Commercial recovery systems are pre-positioned in Hawaii, Maryland, California, and Cyprus to quickly respond to any worldwide requirement.
