Phoenix’s Subsea Projects Group in Houston, Texas supports subsea oilfield construction activities in the Gulf of Mexico.  The office focuses on light to medium construction support projects using Phoenix’s existing ROV, diving, ADS, Project Management and Engineering services.  The office is staffed by personnel with extensive international subsea construction experience in the offshore oil & gas industry.
