Quality Management Commitment
Phoenix is dedicated to delivering exceptional service across all operations through a strong, organization-wide commitment to quality. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is certified by ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, covering all locations and lines of business.
All personnel receive QMS and operational training upon hire and annually thereafter, in accordance with their job roles. To ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery, Phoenix has developed and implemented structured work processes through our QMS—supporting quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout every project.
Health and Safety Commitment
At Phoenix, the health and safety of our personnel—and those working for and alongside us—are top priorities. We are active members of ISNetworld and PEC Safety, enabling us to effectively manage and maintain Training Qualifications (TQs) and Operator Qualifications (OQs) for our workforce.
Phoenix also implements robust, risk-based safety management systems designed to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and recognized industry standards. Our proactive safety culture supports operational excellence and promotes a safe working environment across all project sites.
